Part of the iSpeedway Magic is the Warehouse

We interviewed our warehouse manager who talked about one of our internal success stories: how we supply our merchants with so many of their products that they sell on-line.

“When I started at Succeed Corporation over 2 years ago, I was told I would develop the 'Warehouse Division’. My background was merchandising and sales but no warehousing. So, I talked up my new warehousing career in my mind -- imagining boxes, crates and forklifts -- and managed to get quite enthusiastic about this new career phase. Soon enough I found out I would actually be heading a virtual warehouse within the four walls of the office I shared. No forklifts for me – phew!

I love this virtual concept -- we offer our merchants thousands of products and do not even see the stuff. It moves seamlessly from the vendor to the end customer, allowing our Merchants to save on extra shipping and inventory costs thus enabling them to operate eCommerce business.

Even though I call Warehouse Direct ‘virtual’, and make it seem so sci-fi, the technology powering this concept is truly advanced. We have integrated numerous lines into one giant wholesale marketplace for our Merchants, providing products, images, details and inventory.

The Merchants have the ability to choose products to add to their websites and outside auction sites with just a couple of clicks!

The Merchants can change the selling prices of the products on their websites, thus increasing or decreasing their margins based on their own business plan.”
